Am I Pregnant?

My ovulation fertility was high on 02/03 and was at peak on 02/04 based on cleablue OTK and had intercourse from 02/3-02/5. since 1DPO, I'm feeling sore nipples- can feel pain if it rubs with something, urinating more frequently than usual, metal taste, dry mouth, back ache, cramps in pelvic area (mostly in evening- feels as somthing is coming out from vagina (TMI)), body aches, pain in legs, feets and hipps, diarrihea, gas, body temp is above 97.8 approx. (was 98.8 on 5DPO). Now I'm 7 dpo and all symptoms remain same but my boobs are paining even more. Did my test today but I knew it will be negative since I tested it so early. Despite of knowing it will be negative I'm still getting scared if I'm pregnant this time as I am waiting for that + moment :) Let me know your thoughts pls.

Also, sorry if it's TMI- had sex with DH day before and i was extremely wet and he said it was extremely hot inside which he had never exprecienced before.
