Insanity Workout
I started insanity workout 10 days ago, after ovulation, and have been doing it every morning since. its a pretty intense workout. My period was due yesterday but didn't show up till 8:30 this morning. I didn't feel like i was gonna start except for bloating the last 3 days. now ive had it for 5 hours and went to change my tampon and there is hardly any blood with no head ache or cramps. usually the first day its heavy (like change tampon ever 1- 2 hours at least) with giant quarter sized clots and i get a horrible headache and cramps that make it hard to work. i haven't changed my diet except giving up chocolate and soda (started that on 1/1/16). i am completely dumbfounded. i took a test this morning when i woke up and still wasn't bleeding and it was neg. could my work out be the cause of my late, light period and no cramps?

Yes, I think that's possible but you might want to get a professional opinion. For a while I was training in bjj every night for 2 hours plus 90min gym sessions 4 times a week, my periods didn't change much. But I guess it's different for every one so see what your doctor says. All the best.
