Positive opk and still on my period???

Okay ladies I just took a opk (clear blue digital) and it came up positive. I have recently been diagnosed with pcos and the doctor put me on progesterone and letrozole. I started taking the letrozole on Saturday (it is now Tuesday) could this be a false positive or am I really ovulating? I have never gotten a positive before so I'm really excited but worried it could be false. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
