What is the best ovulation predictor? Tests?

TTC on my 4th cycle and I'm finding false positives with ovulation tests. What are some of the best tests to use?

I know it sounds crazee, but I have used them all the ones from the dollar tree are my favorite, I get a clear positive on them every time.
