Anyone think this is a good sign?!

Hi today is cycle day 23 for me,I think my period is due on Monday but this is my first cycle off bc so not sure how long it will be. This morning I used a 10 mui test and it was negative,I know I'm probably to early anyway lol but then shortly after I felt abit of a wet gush the way I do if period comes? It was just discharge though...I do remember having this feeling with my last pregnancy but not until after I had a positive test. Does anyone think this is a good sign and I have just tested too early? I've been more tired lately and boobs feel sorta weird too xx
