Question

Ovulation

My cycles have always been very regular. I turned 40 and they did change. My last 3 cycles have only lasted 3 days, it's usually 5. My cycle is every 25 days. Could I be ovulating at a different time because my cycles are short? Or not ovulating at all? I've tried temping but I honestly don't know what I'm doing or looking for. My temps are all over the place... Any suggestions?

Your ovulation day could very well have changed. Mine did too after I turned 40. OPKs work a lot better for me than trying to temp. I get a pack of 50 from Amazon for about $20. It's a lot easier.
