I'm 4 days late and had a negative blood test 5 days ago

My doctor did a qualitative blood test 5 days ago and it was negative. My LMP was 1/5/16. I've head symptoms like fullness and pressure in my pelvis, a slightly runny nose, more gas, nausea, some diarrhea,a lower backache and now it's about 3:30 am and I'm so thirsty I can't sleep. I've had 60 fluid ounces of water in the past hour. That's what's freaking me out because it's not a normal sign. Is there a chance the test was wrong? It was taken about 3 weeks after ovulation. Or what else could this be? Thanks for any ideas.
