Can clear blue advance opks detect pregnancy?

Today is 17 dpo for me and I got a flashing smiley on a clear blue advance opk the one with the flashing and the still smiley face.I have been having pregnancy symptoms for two weeks now, dtd with hubby on january 19th and believe I ovulated on January 21st due to since January 19th and sore sore boobs since 12dpo and tiredness with a little light headedness and nausea. I have posted two hpts both have what looks like faint lines but I am hoping to confirm pregnancy tomorrow at g.p. Anyone get a flashing smiley face and turn out pregnant?
