Could I still be pregnant??

Me and my partner have been having unprotected sex for 5 months including on my ovulation days, my period has always come regularly and now I am 4 days late. I have a slightly bloated tummy,more discharge, tired a lot, my appetite has gone, the odd dizzy spell and sickly feeling. A couple weeks ago I got a few dribbles of light pink discharge and today a few spots of blood when I wiped, it has now gone. I have no pre period cramps and I took a pregnancy test that said not pregnant but had 2 blue lines on it, could I be pregnant?
