What's going on??

So I had unprotected sex with my ex at the very beginning of January. I was on my period at the time so I thought id be fine. But after a couple weeks I started feeling all weird and by the 3rd week I was puking around the same time or I would get so nauseous and my back hurts more than usual. My period was a little late but honestly idk if it was my period cuz I lightly bleed for 2 days and then spotted the next 2 and now I'm having cramps and more back pain .... What should I do
