Dreams are just dreams. If you're not having any signs that something is wrong then you probably have nothing to worry about. Even if something is wrong there is absolutely nothing you can do about it unfortunately so you might as well try to enjoy being pregnant while you are.
I had a MC a couple of months ago and I can tell you that looking back I don't regret a single minute of time that I spent feeling happy and hopeful. I do regret all the worrying I did. All that worrying didn't keep me from losing my baby. But it did rob me of some of the time I had to be happy that I was pregnant and to enjoy life. At the time I thought it would make it easier if something went wrong. Once something went wrong i realized nothing I could have done would have prepared me. If/when I get pregnant again I'm going to be my absolute best to live by "at this moment I'm pregnant and I'm happy and excited."
Wishing you all the best.
