Progesterone suppositories and affects on BBT?

I am tracking my bbt and noticed a drop when I would normally start my period but then it jumped WAY back up. This is a similar pattern to what happened last time I found I was pregnant, but unfortunately I miscarried. Only difference is, I'm on progesterone suppositories and was curious if anyone knew if they will affect your bbt? Thanks!
