Can I call it ??

I took a pregnancy test yesterday morning, it showed negative after about 5 minutes. I was 10 DPO. when I got home from work, I realized I had left it on the counter, so I went to throw it away and saw that it was positive... so I looked in my bathroom garbage can for the one I had taken the night before that one at 9DPO and it was also clearly positive ! I am going to take another test in a day or so, but should I let myself trust the 2 positives I have already gotten?? I am so afraid to get my hopes up !!! What do you think?
