diagnosed with low papp A! 23 weeks pregnant! steroids and growth scans! help any info?

hi! i am currently 23 weeks pregnant and need growth scans due to having low papp A! the midwife has told me that they will induce me at 37 weeks if the baby hasnt arrived yet, she also mentioned that i would get steroid injections at 28 weeks if the baby needs them! i am concerned as iive hear lots of stories saying that the steroid injections can possibly put you into labour! has anyone has a premature bbay or been diagnosed with the same low papp A as me or has anyone had steroid injections, growth scans etc?.....
