Question

How do I determine my luteal phase?

My cycles are anywhere from 42-75 days long. There no pattern to them at all. I never know when to expect my period but the 4 times I have gotten pregnant I was able to test positive by cycle day 26-28. I havw used OPKs twice and had 2 surges per cycle each time. How do I know how long my luteal phase is?

U would need to temp to be certain.

I agree, temping is really the only way to know. Your longer cycles could be delayed ovulation or anovulatory, so the only way to know when/if you're ovulating is to temp and confirm that ovulation is actually happening.

The average length is 10-16 days past ovulation. You would need to temp to know when you ovulate to determine when your period will show up.
