Could I be pregnant? Please read!

I have pcos and started taking metformin and a bc back at the beginning of sept. The bc was really helping my pcos symptoms but my SO & I just decided we want to start ttc. I stopped taking the bc the second week in December. I use a period tracker app & my cycles are 29 days on avg.
According to the app, my projected O day was 01/09 and my projected start date was 01/23. SO & I have been having unprotected sex since I went off bc. I had some mild cramping on 01/21, no af.
On 01/28 I noticed ewcm for the first time ever when wiping. SO & I were intimate the night before & morning of the 28th. Since the 28th I have been having pressure cramps on and off throughout the day -- nothing like af cramps. It almost feels like I'm gassy, but in my uterus.
Still no af & I'm finding that I have to run to the bathroom just to wipe because I feel damp. I've never had this before. I took a test tO'Day with fmu & thought I saw a line but it had been voted neg. When sho
