No idea if these are pregnancy symptoms or just pmsing??

Hi guys, so my AF is late, my boobs have been so sore for the past week, and I had a weird sharp pain in my right breast that comes and goes. I've had really bad cramping, constipation, headaches, I've even felt faint once or twice. I was sleeping one night and woke up cause of sharp pains in my lower abdomen it hurt so bad I wanted to cry, this lasted for a few minutes and then I went to the bathroom and had diarrhea (sorry tmi). I keep feeling as if my period will start any minute, sometimes I feel like I'm leaking and I run to the bathroom but there's no blood just lots of white vaginal discharge which is weird, I only get it when I ovulate and I already have 2 weeks ago. I took a few tests all came out negati, the last one has a really really faint line, which is hard to see so idk if that's just all in my head. So idk if I'm pregnant or somethings wrong with my body, anyone else go through this?
