Question

Should I give up?

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for about 6 months and have had no luck, we have been pregnant before when we were in high school but didn't keep the baby... I get so frustrated each time I get AF and recently have become discouraged. I feel as if I'll never become a mother. I guess the pressure is on because soon my husband will be deployed and I would love if we could conceive a child before he leaves. All of my peers and friends are getting pregnant and I am so envious of their happiness and ability to get pregnant. Btw, each cycle my period has been a bit off, longer and shorter here and there. What should I be doing to guarantee better odds of conceiving?

No I haven't tried that, about does it affect fertility to try every day? We have been doing it multiple times daily.

DH and I have been trying for 3 years now almost. We've lost a few and I've been close to giving up all hope...

This might be silly, but who knows, maybe it works in some cases, a friend (1 of the women who always try to give me advice to get pregnant too lol) told me her family has always SWORN by BDing exactly 2 days after your period has ended. Most of the women in her family have gotten pregnant like that apparently. I thought, what the hell, I've got nothing else to lose, so I tried it this month. I've got symptoms all over the place right now, sore bbs for over a week, nausea, crazy hungry, exhausted, yet I can't seem to fall asleep at night, and terribly vivid dreams. I don't know if it worked for sure yet, it's too early to test but I'm hoping this is our month! Good luck to you, don't give up hope!!!

There's no sure fire way to get pregnant, and stay pregnant. Have sex when ever you want, and take a prenatal vitamin just in case ;)

My hubby and I have been trying for 8 months. I understand how depressing it is every month when AF shows up. If you haven't tried already you could try and OPK. I like Clear Blue Easy digital kit, and check out the timing tool. Relax and stick with it. Good Luck!
