Need answers

I tested at 12 dpo got a faint positive, tested two days later was negative yesterday I ended up having to go to the hospital for bad pain in my hips and right leg the doctor re did a pregnancy test and it came back negative and suggested a chemical pregnancy but my question is im now 4 days late still no sign of it showing I feel pretty normal today actually so my question is how long can it take for my bleeding to show up...

I ended up bleeding 6 days after my missed period....it was definitley a chemical pregnancy because my period was very weird and all over the place. I'd suggest going to the doctor/emerge if nothing happens in the next few days and see what's going on.
