Need HELP
Ok so I got a positive pregnancy test early last week it was faint but it was definitely there then a few days later I began to spot witch I thought was the start of af but it hasn't gotten heavier with today making it day 4 it's only there when I wipe not enough to use a tampon or pad i did have some mild crimping and did pass some tiny colts today I went in to the e.r and they told me I have a threatened miscarriage and my hcg levels are at 20 so I most likely miscarried but my cervix is closed but the thing that confused me is how can I mc with a closed cervix and light bleeding??????

Sorry to hear about your difficulties this pregnancy. You can have a threatened miscarriage with a closed cervix, the pregnancy can go either way, either your bleeding increases and at some point your cervix will open slightly as you pass the rest of the products of your pregnancy, or you will continue with your pregnancy and the bleeding may be unexplained. You should have a repeat hcg arranged to check the progression of the pregnancy, and this will help to understand what is happening.
