Need opinions on over the counter fertility meds!? Im about to give up!
I honestly feel like giving up, i dont know what else to do. We have been ttc for 2 years. Ive had ultrasounds done on my ovaries n it came back normal, he did a sperm test and it came back above normal, i jus had a hsg done at the beginning of the month and my dr told me that the next 2-3 months would be my best time. I thought it really worked as i had so many sympotoms and jus felt pregnant. Then AF showed up lastnight, its jus dark brown so far. I had a total breakdown n cried my eyes out lastnight! My dr wants us tp try for a few months now that we dis this test...i know its only a few months but the thought of waiting even one more month is killin me. Im looking for opinions on stuff i can take over the counter or order to help boost my chances?

If it's just dark brown maybe it's IB? I'd recommend evening primrose oil and maca root, plus a multivitamin if you're not already taking one. Try and get a good amount of plant proteins in your diet from beans, lentils, nuts etc. and make sure you and your hubby drink heaps of water. Personally I think missionary and doggy are the best positions for conception. Don't wash yourself out after intercourse. Don't smoke or drink and exercise moderately and regularly. I'm sure you know most of this but just covering everything in case there's something you didn't know! Best of luck.

What does the Primrose oil and Maca root do? I have been takin a prenatal already. I dont even get up after intercourse lol I just was to the point that I thought some type of fertility med might help. I dont think its IB unfortunately! It seems much too heavy for that :(
