Can i get pregnant right when i remove my copper iud??

I removed my copper iud on jan 10 and spotted for 3 days and never had my full period can i b pregnant??

My DR said I could start TTCing right away after I had mine out & I got prego 2nd cycle. Best of luck & baby dust!
