Tingling feeling in stomach? 9 weeks

So I had 2 faint positives this morning and if they are correct I should be 9w2d. The past few days I've felt little bubbles in my lower stomach area and that feeling you get when you go down a hill I'm your car and it tickles your stomach even though I'm not in a car lol. Any one else have this?

Also my hips hurt almost like someone is pushing on them

Anyone else relate to this
