TTC on clomid, ultrasound on cd12 what should i expect?

I go in 2 days to the doctor for an ultrasound to check on my follicle. My question is what should i expect to learn from this visit.

How many mg of clomid do you take and on which days?

I'm on 4th cycle of 100mg days 3 to 7.

I had a scan on CD 7 and doc showed two follicles sized 12 and 14 mm on one side and a few smaller ones on the other side.

You should see follicles close to maturing at your CD12 scan.

This is my first cycle in awhile, we tried about a year ago and gave up :( I was on 50mg and took it day 3 thru 7. Good luck to you also!!! Thanks!
