How far along am I?

I just had my first ever bfp last Thursday! I was just wondering how to determine how far along I am. Technically my lmp was December 21st, which would mean I'm 5 weeks. However, I track ovulation using opk's and I'm pretty sure I ovulated on January 9th, which would put me closer to 4 weeks. So is there a specific way that I should be calculating this?

Congratulations!!! The midwives will initially take your date of your last period of your starting date and will calculate 40 weeks from this dates your due date so you will be 5 weeks at the moment xx
