Was an early sign for me every itch spot you described and itching is from progesterone spike. I'm 23 weeks now and palms of my hands are red from progesterone. I'm still all dry and itchy. Can be a sign but do not go by it. Take hpt

Hi Luck charm. Thanks for your reply. I'm from South Africa and we don't have such nice chat forums like these so it's great to get feedback from others who have experienced this. Do you recall how far you were when you first noticed the itch? I'm only 9dpo now. Congrats on your bundle of joy that's on the way xx

Ty...... Yes I thought I was having an allergic reaction to something but nope I was Prego 5dpo the itch came. Get some baby oil. Sometimes I have to use hydrocortisone cream to stop the itch. Oh goodness y'all got that Zika virus scare going on huh? Girl I'd be scared to death.

I got slight + on opk 8-27-15 did it that night and the next. Strong + opk on 8-28-15 tested + on hot 9-7-15.

No virus scares our side luckily ... You got the itch on the same dpo as me then ... I had never heard of this as a symptom before. My friends think I'm mad ... Saying it's impossible hahaha

I saw on another thread that it's caused by the rise in progesterone.

I'm only supposed to test on Friday 29th Jan but perhaps I can test sooner if I've been itching for 4 days now.

We always have symptoms just the further along you're like well duh I should've known. My boobs was an itchy culprit and they didn't become sore until I was 2 months

Waiting is best but curiosity kills. I tested everyday sometimes twice with $ cheapies. I got positive on it 2 hours later. And yes they say don't look after time frame but can't help it. Use pink instead of blue. Everyone else I know got their early + about 1-2 hours later and they was not false but have fun with testing until the 29th.

Luckcharm... I tested this morning with an early response test & got what seems to be a very faint positive.

Maybe it's so light as I'm only 10dpo...

So scared to get my hopes up in case it isn't so.
