Why am I having BREAST PAIN after my period?

My cycles are irregular and come like every 5 weeks or so. I got my period and had it for three days which was not normal. It was a normal flow for me but ended pretty quick. That was four days ago. But I'm having bad breast pain, having trouble eating, nausea, super emotional and moody as well as back pain. I took a test just in case this morning at like 4am and it was a BFN. So what is going on? HELP!
