Ever have a Bfp after symptoms like these?

I had 3 days light flow brown, 1/2 day light flow pink, 1.5 day light flow/spotting brown 9 days ago. No clots, no pms symptoms started Cd 42.
Currently: cervix is very very high and super soft, closed, tilted up towards belly button, dry cervical fluid, but feels like hand cream when checking cervix. Light cramping on my right side pubic line level, close to the hip, stretches to the lower back on that side. Fatigue, oh my God the fatigue.
Smell- I work in a donut shop, I can smell everything, which is super odd.
Decreased appetite, I don't want Anything!
Increased thirst.
Light headed and dizziness at random points of the day.

Anyone ever had a Bfp with symptoms like this? The cervix and light flow brown "period" is what has my mind reeling.
