Miscarriaged this morning

At five weeks miscarried this morning really heavy bleeding and cramping for two hours now just light bleeding. Confirmed in the Er that my numbers are dropping. Is it normal to only bleed lightly?

I am so sorry for your loss . From my experience with miscarriage , one being around 4 weeks, I bled semi- heavily then it tapered off . Even though it's light now , it might last longer than a period . Since you were pretty early (I know it doesn't hurt emotionally any less) , there is probably not as much to expel. Keep your head up xo

I bled lightly on my miscarriage the whole month.... my baby stopped growing at 5 weeks, i had to get a D&C. sorry for your loss..
