Praying for a good outcome

So my last cycle was 12/28 I only bled 4 days then a week later spotted a couple hours this week I had right and left pelvic pain cramps I've been burning up having weird dreams one morning u got up I was nausea now my breast are sore could this finally be it been TTC since 2015
