Cramping on right side at 4dpo

Hi ladies, I've been cramping for the past couple of days mainly on my right side, I know it won't be implantation yet but I'm just wondering if this is a good sign? And if so what causes it? I usually get af cramping at about 8dpo-10dpo then nothing till af, so this is definitely a new one for me, any advice would be very much appreciated xx
