Is it normal to cramp for a short time and the get wet cm right after?

I cramp maybe once or twice a day for maybe 30 mins and then a short time later I get some cm (white, clear, watery and lotion like). I have never noticed this pattern before. It has been happening just over a week now. Is it a sign of pregnancy, implantation or ovulation?
