Will i het pregnanat ?

Hello ladys iam one year marrid i have pcos my period is irregular and i have hypothorism and my husban hav %30 active sperm we are on ttc for 9 month i use many treatment like clomid and femara and aplolitrizol my follicle size is good with clomid and littizol but i took hcg shoot for ovulate but i workes after 7 days after the injection on day 18 of my cycle anyone else is like me anyon got pregnanat i loose hope
