bloating, pulling, increase appetite, heaviness can I be pregnant?

I had IUD for 8months then had it remove in aug I have a 4 and a 8yr old boys and im trying for a 3rd ...its jan now and suppose to be my 5 cycle since the removal so its hard to kno my cycle ;ength has yet (31 29 30 CD) all of them my boobs hurt 10days b4 my period...now im CD28 so I hav bout 3 days till CD31 im eating way more always feel hungry boobs just sarted hurting extremely bloated and feel a pulling on the right sidge close to belly button, tired, i feel nausea if im hungry
im just gonna have to wait 3 days then buy a cheap test
