Dull Aching daily since 4 dpo and now increased AF cramping 10 dpo Bad sign?? I feel out :(
I have had noticable sore breast and dull cramping consitently (daily all day/night) since 4dpo -9dpo, but today 10 dpo I feel more intense cramping like right before AF. I am not expecting AF for another 4 -5 days? Is this a bad sign? I feel out this month and waiting for period to arrive like tomorrow! (feels like tomorrow) Help! I usually get AF symptoms but not until 2 or 3 days before AF (most sore breasts, cramping is day 1 before).

I got my AF on day 30, a day or 2 earlier than normal. Pretty disappointing. This month I am not going to drive myself crazy with monitoring, testing, overthinking every symptom. I'm going to try to relax more and let whatever happen happen. Feeling neurotic is not fun :)
