When is best fertile day?

Hello ladies need opinions I took opk last night came back totally positive bd this am Thursday ttc after Mmc in July please help me figure out what days I'm fertile to get my rainbow baby:)

If you got a positive last night, I would say BD every day or EOD for the next few days at least. I would even say continue that pattern until ovulation is confirmed.
