Is there hope? Hcg and estrogen super low

So I think I am about 5 days after implantation and got my pregnancy positive on Sunday and ever since then is a little fainter. Today got my blood results saying hcg at 5 and esteogen levels at 3.5 to me it sounds miscarriage but the nurse said that it doesn't necessarily means that I am, could also mean that I detected the pregnancy super early. But everything bag I read in the Internet points to chemical pregnancy? Is there any hope :(
