Hi , yes with all of my pregnancies I have had lots of pain in the beginning and with 2 of them a lot of blood!
With my first I was in so much pain that I could barely move, I was also convinced it was eptopic. I never got a convincing answer for the pain but she is 10 now.

Trying for no. 4 - thank you so much! That makes me feel so much better.

I know that doesn't necessarily mean good news for me but gives me so much hope that a healthy pregnancy is possible despite the pains.

I am currently pregnant and experiencing the same sort of pain. My only other child is 9 and I vaguely remember similar pain with him. I think that round ligament pain and stretching pain is pretty normal in early pregnancy. Definitely make an appt. with your OB who can follow your HCG to make sure that it is increasing appropriately, but I don't think that you have any need to be worried at this point. It's normal I'm currently 4 weeks 4 days and I experienced this early on. As long as your not bleeding sharp pains twinges are normal. Congrats.
