Anyone out there taken Ovasitol and willing to share your experiences?
I just started taking ovasitol. Which is an over the counter supplement that is supposed to help you start getting regular periods and has been known to help women ovulate as well. It is intended (from what I can tell) to manage PCOS. I just started taking it today. Just curious if anyone has success or horror stories to share? I haven't gotten a period naturally since going off of birth control over a year ago (I've gotten a few induced with fertility treatments, but not once on my own). Looking for some more natural ways to manage PCOS and conceive our first child, any insights are so helpful!
