Question

is one 22mm follicle enough to get pregnant this cycle?

I went to the doctor yesterday and had my follicle scan on cycle day 12, after taking clomid days 5-9, doctor found one follicle at 22mm, he didn't say if there was anymore, so I was wondering if anyone else got pregnant from only having one.. he did say the right fallopian tube was a little dilated at the end, but he said not to worry because im mid cycle, but if I don't get pregnant this cycle next cycle I have to have a dye test

Normally, without fertility drugs, only one egg is released during ovulation. Plenty of women get pregnant naturally so it would seem safe to assume that it's very possible to get pregnant from only one egg being released. Having more than one egg released increases your chances a bit in theory.

Hopefully this is your cycle! Wishing you the best.
