2 day period, 4 faint positives

ok, last period (not sure if would consider a period) was Nov 23rd which ended midday on the 24th. since then I have been super bloated! and I'm never bloated!! ive been paranoid about this feeling and as of now I should be 4dpo I know you shouldn't be able to get a bfp right now unless I conceived earlier. but ive taken 4 Rexall tests and all have had faint lines. not sure if its an Evap line or actually a positive. maybe I'm just going crazy!! Opinions Please!! not sure if I can add a picture or how to. but ive saved all the tests. but they are dry now. not sure if that matter as I took them all yesterday :(
