Question

Reflexology. Helpful when TTC?

Has anyone had any experience, positive or negative using reflexology, targeting fertility zones, when trying to conceive? This has been suggested to me and I'm unsure?

they say anything that helps you relax may be good. some believe in homeopathy, some in acupuncture, some in reflexology - if you trust the alternative medicine it can be really helpful. (i am a skeptic so nothing works for me, do not get the placebo effect, but it truly works for believers)

Thank you bradipina. I'm not viewing it as an absolute, but a treat, as I like having my feet touched. Although I had to laugh when the therapist told me that you actually do still have to have sex to get pregnant, as some people believed her treatment was the be all and end all. It was a suggestion from a friend, I'm only on cycle 7, so not panicking.

there have been studies that showed that the pregnancy rates and above all successful ones (no miscarriage) were highest in the tender-loving-care test groups, so whichever makes one feel better works
