I had that with my first pregnancy. I actually decided to test because of strong the cramps were and it turned out to be positive. They faded a few days after so try no stress too much about it. Best of luck:)

I'm almost 6 weeks and still having cramps. But without bleeding. It's hard not to worry but only tests at your doctors will help determine if everything is ok. Best of luck!
