Sore/tender nipples? please help!

hii! i ovulated on september 27.so today i am 4 dpo.
since 2 dpo i have had sore/tender nipples.
is this normal? can this be a symptom this early?
and another thing... i have tried to get pregnant for about a little over 1 year.. but nothing yet... i am depressed a lot, can this have an impact?

your waiting for symptoms may cause you feel the symptoms all right. you cannot feel anything pregnancy-related 2-4dpo as the symptoms start when hcg appears in blood which only happens after the implantation (6-7dpo). this is why you cannot test before 10dpo either.
