If you had light spotting right after you bd on cycle day 9 then it's much more likely you irritated your cervix with the friction and caused a little bleeding. Yes you could ovulate with out ewcm but the odds of getting pregnant aren't so great. I'd suggest supplements like evening primrose oil and maca root to help balance your hormones and make some ewcm.
