i dont knw what to do anymore

hello everyone,am trying to conceive for my #3 baby,am just a bit worried, i had my implonon for a year08/10/15 then remove it on oct 30,15 ,on the day of removal i had started bleeding for 5 days , am now 4 days late on my period ,i took 5 pregnancy test 2 had faint pink and 3 said negative,my question is what is going on? my period never came late only when i was pregnant with my 2 girls, and when i had my implonon i bleed normal
