I'm so confused :3

Hello ladies :) Hope everyone is well

Just a few things..

I know i o'd this month, I remember having the fertile cm (white-ish egg white, stretchy cm) im not quite sure on the day though. which is throwing me off. Af came November 7th, and ended on November 12th. I remember being at my boyfriends house the 13th-16th, again on the 19th through the 27th of November. We got busy more times than not, and im just curious about a couple things.

1.) After i got that stretchy cm i believe it was a few weeks ago, i now have dry cm, is this not a good sign?

2.) Possible implantation yet? maybe?

and 3.) i already feel like crap. a few days ago, i want to say wednesday or thursday i started getting headaches off and on. and they havent gone away yet. I have twinges down there, and my body hurts. Is any of this pregnancy related or am i just in need of some nyquil? No sore throat, fever, or cough.
