Can I still get my period?

For two weeks I had pregnancy symptoms, I had sore breasts, bloating, lower cramps, nausea, I had occasional spotting (which I never get in-between periods), I was tired and had dull stomach pains. I was so certain I was pregnant, I had never felt like that before. Then yesterday on time, my period came and with the usual painful cramps. If I wasn't pregnant, what happened?
