lower back pains,nausea, white mikey discharge with no smell,cramps,3day headache, hot, moody WCIB?

I have lower back pain, small cramps, I feel sick, my head was hurting for about 3days, I have a white discharge with no smell, and everything makes me a little mad. My period went off on November 10th and all this started around the 20. Could I be pregnan?
