69 hcg in blood when at ER! 3 at home positive pregnant test.
okay so Monday morning I spotted it was light to the point of a few wipes it was gone. so I decided to take 3 at home pregnancy test all positive. Wednesday I went to the ER they said my hcg level was 69 he said he can't tell me I'm pregnant but he can't tell me I'm not. the doctor said I may be a few days but is that possible & have a positive test so soon. then he said maybe it's a false positive. I really don't know what's going on I thought positive test means pregnant. can anybody help me? PLEASE!!

I'm going to have to agree that unless you've had a recent MC and you're waiting for your hCG to fall or something a hCG level of 69 should be considered currently pregnant.
Congratulations! If I were you I'd go ahead and call whatever provider you're using (OB/Midwife/whatever) and schedule your first prenatal appointment. Tell them about what happened and see if they would like you to come in sooner for a beta or anything.
